“Thanks for helping me pass 10k followers everyone!” he started the post. “I do want to address a serious issue though. I respect women and all of you should too!”

He then addressed how his girlfriend was being bullied on his page. “Evelin doesn’t deserve to be treated the way she has,” he wrote on Monday. “You can dislike her based off of what you see on reality TV, but don’t come on my profile complaining about how terrible of a person you think she is. I’m sick of it! Stop the bullying, stop the hate and enjoy the show! If you want to follow me that’s awesome, but if you bring your negative comments about her or anyone you will be blocked. Most of you are grown adults start acting like it! You have been warned.”

Evelin has also tried to get people to stop harassing her online by threatening to block them. “Dudes this IG it’s not just for the show,” she wrote Thursday. “It’s my personal account that friends and family are part of, so if you want to come with comments that are degrading you are getting blocked.”

In a sneak peek clip for Monday’s episode obtained by The Wrap, Corey and Evelin clashed about mosquitoes. Corey wasn’t expecting to be staying somewhere where he would be exposed to the elements.

“Staying at [her] grandma’s house is not the ideal situation,” Corey says. “This is legit Ecuador, third world country. I have never seen anything like this before.”

It caused conflict between them when Corey said he was worried about getting sick from the mosquitoes. “You’re not going to get malaria,” Evelin says. “My grandmother lives here and look how old she is? She doesn’t have malaria. Do I have malaria?”

“Corey is definitely acting rude. He should be thankful that my grandma is nice enough to let us sleep there. If he wants to live kind of like in the States, he should have brought his own mosquito repellent,” Evelin says to the cameras. “People here don’t get bit by mosquitoes. So it’s just him.”

In the end, she tells him he can go back home to the U.S. if he doesn’t like how they live in Ecuador.
