The Tell All special does not premiere live, meaning things may have changed since filming. One question fans are likely to have is whether Evelin Villegas and Corey Rathgeber are still together. Villegas seemingly attended the Tell All filming without wearing her engagement ring.
On the show, Villegas and Rathgeber were not married. The pair were scheduled to tie the knot in the next six months, though Villegas revealed she’s not sure they’ll make it that far. “I hope. I don’t know, I just don’t know,” Villegas said of their pending wedding on the Tell All special, according to People. “Like how are we supposed to plan our wedding and things that needed to be figured out in such a short time?”
As for the ring, Villegas claimed she forgot to wear it. She was met with lighthearted criticism from another 90 Day star, Jenny Slatten. “If Sumit put a ring on this finger, it would never come off,” she responded. “Not ever. I would superglue that thing to my finger and it would never come off.”
Without the ring, Villegas’ feelings for Rathgeber may seem uncertain, but everything points to their relationship continuing after the series. While Villegas rarely posts about Rathgeber on her social media, he often shares photos of the pair together.
On Saturday, Rathgeber shared a photo of the two dancing. He commented with loving words. “She’s the worlds [sic] most beautiful woman. I will never stop loving her no matter what trials and tribulations come upon us!”
Villegas last posted a photo of the pair last week.
There is one report that seems to imply differently, though. Villegas was seen in a video with fellow The Other Way subject Laura Jallali, who recently divorced her husband Aladin. In the video, which was live on Instagram, the women claim they’re “mending their broken hearts” together in Ecuador.
On 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Rathgeber moved to Ecuador to live and work with Villegas. The pair own and operate a beachside bar. Some of their biggest struggles consisted of Rathgeber trying to fit into the Ecuador culture and accept that Villegas is still friends with her ex-boyfriend, who is also American. The pair also often had different ideas of what they saw in their future as a couple.
90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is a spinoff series of TLC show 90 Day Fiancé. The spinoff follows Americans who move to foreign countries for love and marriage. In the typical season, Americans have 90 days to get married so their non-citizen fiancès can gain American citizenship.
